TV2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Service Assurance team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our managed services environments, including server, network, and applicative surveillance tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for multiple server, network, and applicative surveillance tools
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of technical solutions to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of operating systems, Linux/Unix, Windows, and scripting languages
  • Experience with monitoring applications and ticketing systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
