Job Summary

Purolator Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Operations Deployment Lead, Programs to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of strategic program objectives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and integrate best practices and deployment frameworks into our take-to-company approach.
  • Develop program deployment strategies into operations and business functions, including resourcing and managing end-to-end deployment activities.
  • Partner with other program and/or project teams to identify sequencing, synergies, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with leadership to find suitable implementation leads for requirement gathering and deployment activities.
  • Lead cross-functional business teams to operationalize changes depending on program deliverables.
  • Oversee and manage cross-functional deployment teams responsible for implementation activities during the preparation, execution, and stabilization phases.

Requirements

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is a preferred asset.
  • 5-7 years of operational experience (management level preferred).
  • 2-5 years of operational experience in the national deployment of processes or technologies.
  • Thorough understanding of operational systems and processes.
  • Experience with change management methodology (certificate is an asset).
  • Experience with project management (PMP designation is an asset).
  • Lean/Six Sigma training (Green Belt is preferred).
  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-directed, motivated, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong leadership, project, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing projects.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Must be able to address time-sensitive demands on a continuous basis.
