About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Lead to join our team at Jace Holdings Ltd. as a key member of our Business Transformation team. As a Change Management Lead, you will play a critical role in driving strategic transformations across the organization, ensuring seamless transitions and successful adoption of new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans, leveraging a structured methodology to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior executives, leaders, and stakeholders to identify and address business challenges, applying change management principles and interventions to drive results.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to executives and leaders, empowering them to effectively sponsor and champion change initiatives.
  • Assess the impact of change on people, processes, and technology, informing mitigation activities and change plans to ensure a tailored employee experience.
  • Design and implement activities to engage stakeholders, mitigate resistance, and assess change readiness, ensuring a smooth transition to new business initiatives.
  • Identify potential points of resistance and adoption/transition risks, developing targeted response strategies and plans to ensure successful implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering an environment of trust and open communication.
  • Develop and execute communication plans and activities in collaboration with Corporate Communications teams, ensuring clear and effective messaging.
  • Lead the development of a change network to increase awareness, facilitate feedback, and champion change initiatives, driving business outcomes and employee engagement.
  • Work closely with Learning & Development teams to develop high-level plans and ensure alignment of detailed training plans and execution, ensuring a comprehensive approach to change management.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in delivering organizational change management, including change management strategy and plan, stakeholder management, change network, communications & engagement, leadership alignment/coaching, training, and change readiness assessment.
  • Change Management Certification, PROSCI, CCMP Designation, or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business, or equivalent.
  • Experience with large-scale, cross-functional business and IT transformations.
  • Able to work through ambiguity, think outside the box, and thrive on new challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building, collaboration, and active listening skills.
  • High level of motivation, a self-starting attitude, and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Skill in data analysis methods and reporting techniques.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
