Enterprise Change Management Leader

This essential position focuses on crafting and executing thorough change management strategies and protocols, ensuring smooth alignment with DevOps practices, and promoting high adoption rates for innovative processes, systems, and tools throughout the organization.
This role is highly visible and influential, collaborating closely with forward-thinking leaders at KUBRA who are dedicated to continuous improvement and excellence for both our team and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the enterprise-wide adoption of ServiceNow ITSM functionalities, particularly in Change Management and Configuration Management.
- Formulate and enforce change management policies, procedures, and standards.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of changes, ensuring thorough documentation, impact assessments, approvals, and effective communication.
- Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to evaluate and sanction changes.
- Supervise and enhance change and configuration processes to minimize risks and maximize efficiency.
- Maintain the configuration management database (CMDB) with precise and current records.
- Establish and execute configuration management processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of configuration items to ensure adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with IT teams to document and reflect configuration changes in the CMDB.
- Identify and manage relationships and dependencies among configuration items.
- Continuously assess and refine change and configuration management processes.
- Engage with IT and business stakeholders to understand their requirements for change and configuration management.
- Implement automation tools and techniques to enhance change and configuration management operations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in change and configuration management.
- Provide training and support to staff on change and configuration management processes and tools.
- Identify potential risks related to change and configuration management activities and devise mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for change and configuration management.
- Generate regular reports on change and configuration management activities, highlighting trends and areas for enhancement.
- Ensure that changes are executed smoothly, punctually, and within budget.

- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, working effectively with IT and business stakeholders.
- Analytical thinker with the capability to monitor, measure, and report on performance improvements and ROI.
- Experienced in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and standards for change and configuration management.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Dedicated to achieving high adoption rates and minimizing resistance, providing training and support for seamless transitions.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, DevOps, Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management).
- ServiceNow Certified System Admin or other pertinent certifications.
- Certification in DevOps practices (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator).
- 8-10 years of experience in ITSM with a concentration on Change Management, Configuration Management, and DevOps integration.
- 3+ years of experience in team management.
- Proficient in the ServiceNow platform.
- Expertise in ITIL methodology, ITSM best practices, and DevOps principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
