Care Team Support Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Care Team Assistant to provide direct, hands-on care to patients based on their needs and program requirements. Reporting to the Health Services Manager, this role is part of the collaborative care team that supports patients' activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living.
**About You**
To succeed in this role, you will have completed the Continuing Care Assistant Program and hold provincial certification with the Department of Health and Wellness. Registration with the CCA Registry is also mandatory. Additionally, you must possess current Basic Life Support Certification, demonstrate effective listening skills, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and have competencies in other languages, preferably French.
If you do not have provincial certification, but are eligible to write the CCA knowledge exam, we may consider your application if you obtain certification within one year from your date of hire.
**What We Offer**
This full-time, long assignment position offers a competitive hourly rate of $23.71-$25.70, commencing in August and ending in May, subject to change. The 75-hour bi-weekly schedule provides stability and opportunities for growth.
