Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TNT Property Management. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, market research, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign and coordinate economic policy research projects to inform business decisions
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform business decisions
  • Direct committees and working groups to achieve project and program objectives
  • Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists
  • Resolve product and service-related problems
  • Promote sales to existing clients and deliver sales presentations
  • Plan and manage the facility's operations budget
  • Recommend products or services to customers
  • Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility
  • Plan and organize construction projects
  • Identify customers' needs and evaluate the operations of facilities and real estate
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Dental plan and permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
