- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial management.
- Conduct performance reviews to assess team member performance and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Cost products and services to ensure optimal pricing and profitability.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best prices and services.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to drive revenue growth.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our food and beverage services.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Provide customer service to ensure high guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations, food and beverage management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with guests, team members, and suppliers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
