About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our culinary team at Huether Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chef Management: Lead and manage our kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu ideas and dishes that showcase the best of local ingredients and flavors.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Staff Training: Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

This is a permanent full-time position working approximately 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for cooking, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
