Gas Station Supervisor

K2 Mart Chatham is a retail business seeking a skilled Gas Station Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our gas station.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the sales floor, supervise staff, and maintain a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always available and that orders are placed in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or gas station environment
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
The Gas Station Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to stand for extended periods is required.
