Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties
  • Hire and Train or Arrange for Training of Staff
  • Order Merchandise
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise
  • Establish Work Schedules
  • Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising and Personnel Matters
  • Resolve Issues that May Arise, Including Customer Requests, Complaints and Supply Shortages
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities of Workers
  • Manage Cash
Work Environment

The Gas Station Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask. The role involves standing for extended periods and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Requirements
  • 1 to 2 Years of Experience
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or Equivalent Experience
  • Flexibility, Organized, Reliability, and Team Player
  • Participation in a Government or Community Program or Initiative that Supports Newcomers and/or Refugees
  • Participation in a Government or Community Program or Initiative that Supports Youth Employment
  • Participation in a Government or Community Program or Initiative that Supports Indigenous People
  • Participation in a Government or Community Program or Initiative that Supports Members of Visible Minorities
Language and Work Schedule

The Gas Station Supervisor will work in English and have a 40-hour workweek.
