Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

K2 MART CHATHAM is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Gas Station Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train staff, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a fast-paced and organized work environment, with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
