Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales workers, hiring and training staff, and maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Sales Workers: Assign tasks and duties to sales workers to ensure efficient operation of the gas station.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to meet the needs of the business.
  • Maintain Inventory: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, merchandising reports, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail business setting.
  • Work Setting: Fast-paced retail business environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
