**Job Summary:** Royal Bank of Canada is a leading financial institution that provides trust administration services to its clients. As a Trust Administrator, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our valued clients in respect to all aspects of trust administration.

**Estimated Salary:** $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Trust Administrator to join our team at RBC Royal Trust. In this role, you will effectively administer trust accounts, assist with client queries, and maintain high standards of client service, quality control, and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Relationship Managers in all administrative functions
  • E nsure all account information on internal systems is up-to-date, complete, and accurate
  • Maintain all written, verbal, and electronic communication as required with internal and external contacts
  • Investigate all inquiries and administrative errors and refer more complex issues to the Senior Officer
  • Understand and follow all RBC processes and policies as required
  • Promptly respond to client calls in the absence of the Relationship Managers, addressing client inquiries in a professional manner

**Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of one year of experience in the Financial Services industry, post-secondary education in a related field, intermediate to advanced Excel and Word skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written/verbal), and strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and solid follow-through capabilities.
