The ideal candidate will have minimum one year of experience in the Financial Services industry, with intermediate to advanced Excel and Word skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong organizational skills.

This is a salaried position with an estimated annual salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 based on the location in Toronto, Canada, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Officers in all administrative functions
  • Maintain all account information on internal systems up-to-date, complete, and accurate
  • Promptly respond to client calls in the absence of the Trust Officer, addressing client inquiries in a professional manner
