Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Shivani's Kitchen Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Planning and controlling budgets and expenditures
  • Establishing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Managing contracts
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • Overseeing the analysis of employee data and information
  • Providing customer service
  • Performing basic bookkeeping tasks

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
