We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at A2Z cash 'n' Carry. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also establish and implement policies and procedures, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and oversee the preparation of reports.

The ideal candidate will have a college diploma or equivalent, and experience in a similar role is an asset. They will be proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

The Administrative Coordinator will work 37.5 hours per week, and will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations. They will also be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, and greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas.
