Job Summary

Spectrawise Consulting inc is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including arranging seminars, planning budgets, and establishing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and managing training and development strategies.
  • Event Planning: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Oversee the development of communication strategies and compile data, statistics, and other information.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Access, and MS Office.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The candidate must have strong attention to detail and be able to work independently.
