Job Description

Spectrawise Consulting inc is seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for planning and controlling budgets and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.

Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to work under pressure is essential. The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize is also required.
