At Ontario Incorporated, we are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities. They will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities, assisting in the preparation of operating budgets, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls. Additionally, the candidate will assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, perform data entry, train staff, oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, and oversee payroll administration. The ideal candidate will have a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and have attention to detail. They will be organized, reliable, and have good time management skills. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week.
