Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and manage office calendars, demonstrating your organizational prowess.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence, showcasing your attention to detail.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
