Job Title: IT Operations Support Analyst


Highbrow LLC is seeking an experienced IT Operations Support Analyst to join our team in Toronto, ON.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to support our desktop infrastructure on the trading floor. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in supporting Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with other support teams and vendors to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Coordinate and support system changes, user builds, and desk moves, planning and executing hardware and software installations to minimize disruption to operations.
  • Manage incident and problem reporting processes, promptly logging issues, diagnosing problems, and escalating them as needed to ensure timely resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically supporting desktops on the trading floor.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
  • Proficient in using ServiceNow and JIRA ticketing systems for at least 5 years.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Android and iOS devices.

Desired Skills:

  • Certifications such as Azure, MCSE, MCSD, Microsoft Certified Product Specialist, CompTIA A+, ITIL.
  • Availability to work overtime when required.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
