We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Ottawa East. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out experience.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining accurate records.

In this role, you will also be responsible for resolving guest complaints, answering questions, and providing recommendations on local attractions and amenities. Additionally, you will assist with special requests, such as room upgrades or late check-outs.

As a Front Desk Manager, you will work closely with the hotel's management team to ensure seamless execution of daily operations. You will be required to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information, such as guest data and financial transactions.

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service to guests from diverse backgrounds.
