Dental Practice Administrator Job Summary:
We are a successful dental practice seeking an experienced and highly skilled administrator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating patient care, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and appointment reminders
• Coordinate treatment planning and scheduling with dentists and hygienists
• Process pre-determinations and follow up on outstanding treatment plans
• Manage billing and invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments
• Perform opening and closing duties, including POS system management and end-of-day balancing

Requirements and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in dental administration, preferably in a multi-provider setting
• Graduate of a Dental Office Administrator program or equivalent experience
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary:
$50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience
