About the Job:

This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position that involves providing administrative support to our maintenance team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and managing purchase orders, change orders, and expense reports
  • Tracking and reconciling invoices for capital projects
  • Scheduling and tracking pest control services
  • Collecting and submitting data for various reports
  • Coordinating with offsite staff to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Possess a post-secondary education in business administration or a related field
  • Hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
