We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication skills to provide administrative support to our office. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business administration and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Operations: Assist in the planning and coordination of office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain budgetary controls.
  • Training: Train staff on new procedures and policies.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a business administration role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, and teamwork.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will work 30 hours per week in a permanent position. The working language is English.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $50,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. United Supermarket offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
