Senior Sales Leadership Professional for Forestry Sector

About the Role
Brandt is seeking an accomplished Director of Sales – Forestry to lead our team in the Quebec and Atlantic region. This high-profile position demands a sales expert who can drive market share growth, optimize asset management, and provide strategic guidance on used equipment valuations.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass agreed-upon market share goals for new forestry equipment sales, ensuring long-term success for our manufacturer and company.
- Effectively manage asset turnover, minimize aging, and protect company assets, including inventory of new and used whole goods.
- Deliver detailed forecasts and insights into inventory levels to achieve sales and market share objectives.
- Evaluate competitive quotes, pricing, and offers to enhance market intelligence, increase share, and margins across the area of responsibility.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for the forestry sector.
- Travel extensively to interact with customers and Brandt representatives on job sites, providing mentorship and guidance on sales tactics, product features, and challenges.
- Foster a knowledgeable, motivated, and successful team within the AOR by assisting in employee development.
- Manage duties, assignments, and expenses of Corporate Product Managers assigned to the area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with branch sales teams to build relationships with mill yard customers, develop multi-level sales strategies, customer organization charts, and understand unique market challenges/opportunities.

- Fluency in both English and French is essential.
