About the Role

This Inside Sales Professional will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional with a track record of success, who is self-motivated and able to work independently. They will be responsible for maintaining quality relationships with customers, determining sales strategies through data analysis, and delivering on sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain quality relationships by being a dependable business partner to established and prospective customers.
  • Determine sales strategies through understanding and manipulation of data related to the business.
  • Deliver on sales strategies and sales targets through effective call route planning and execution of action plans.
  • Increase sales by identifying customer needs, removing real or potential barriers, and providing expert product knowledge.
Requirements
  • A minimum 3 years B2B sales experience.
  • Post-secondary education in business or other related field.
  • Valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Natural disposition to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Goal oriented and committed to achieving company targeted sales goals.
  • Compliant and willing to follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Self-starter with ability to take initiative and identify tasks needed to ensure success.
