Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at THE SECOND CUP LTD.
Job Summary:The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our food and beverages.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high standards are met.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Supervise staff and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Cost products and services to ensure profitability.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Food Safety Certificate.
- MS Office and MS Outlook proficiency.
- Point of sale system experience.
- Own transportation.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of pressure to meet customer expectations and maintain a high level of quality in our food and beverages.
