At ALIRANG RESTAURANT, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Operations: Establish and maintain efficient work schedules, manage inventory, and ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring that all dishes meet our culinary standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, with regular standing for extended periods.
