At ALIRANG RESTAURANT, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Food and Beverage Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules, and ensure that staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, and initiative.
Work Conditions:

36 to 40 hours per week, permanent position, and English language required.
