Senior Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as the Head of Sales for Allergan Aesthetics in Canada. This is a senior leadership position based in Markham, Canada, that will report directly to the General Manager.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of Sales Directors and Regional Managers to drive business results for the Facial Aesthetics, SkinQuality, Coolsculpting, and Plastics/Regenerative Medicine portfolios in Canada.
- Develop and implement a world-class sales strategy to achieve growth ambition and readiness for future launches.
- Establish strong relationships with key customers and support the commercial transformation in line with our build to last ambition.
- Partner with sales leadership, marketing, business excellence, and other functions to ensure a nimble, customer-focused, performance-driven, and accountable sales organization.
- University degree, preferably in business, combined with a minimum 10+ years of leadership experience, including building and leading multi-functional sales and/or marketing teams.
- Significant experience in leading in-field sales teams in Medical Aesthetics or Pharma, with a superior track record in exceeding sales targets.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to strategically align resources behind a growth strategy that drives total portfolio value.
- Experience in attracting, assessing, and developing talent, as well as optimizing team performance in direct and matrixed leadership roles.
