Position: Sales Team Leader at JACK & JONES

We're looking for a talented Sales Team Leader to join our team at JACK & JONES. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team to create an energetic and positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team to create an energetic and positive shopping experience.
  • Show off your retail expertise by driving sales, meeting targets, and keeping our customers coming back for more.
  • Make sure every customer leaves with a smile Provide top-notch customer service that goes above and beyond.
  • Be the guardian of our floor stock, making sure it's always on point, while also keeping the store looking sharp and visually appealing.
  • Stay in the loop with JACK & JONES' products, and exciting store promotions

Requirements:

  • You're great at making those visuals pop Your knack for arranging stuff doesn't just look cool; it practically makes customers want to buy the whole outfit.
  • You demonstrate a lot of initiative You get things done ;)
  • You know teamwork makes the dream work. You're the best teammate
  • You bring the party to the sales floor – your positive vibes are contagious.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English - we remember you.
