Role OverviewAs a Director of Mid Market Sales, you will lead a high-performance sales team composed of 8+ members, driving significant B2B business growth year over year across Canada. You will be responsible for building a market-leading sales team through world-class talent management, coaching, and inspirational leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a market-leading business plan to support growth and achieve financial targets.
- Provide accurate and timely management information on performance metrics to facilitate effective business planning and resource allocation.
- Act as a strong ambassador for the LifeWorks organization, upholding the values and behaviors of a senior leader.
- Lead strategies, projects, or programs to success, invoking deep understanding of industry-specific solutions to create unique business value.
- Forge strong relations with the national sales organization and other business units.
- 10+ years of successful sales experience in B2B.
- 5+ years of experience leading high-performance sales teams.
- Developed C-suite relationships in the mid-market sector, in any region in Canada.
- Deep knowledge of the Canadian market along with developed relationships.
- Strong bilingual English & French communicator able to effectively articulate the vision, goals, and strategic imperatives of the business.
