Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Quality Inn & Suites High Level. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of food and supplies.
- Prepare and manage budgets, and control costs.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
