Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Quality Inn & Suites High Level.
Job Summary:The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Food Quality: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.
- Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that our guests receive prompt and courteous service.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and ensure that our restaurant is operating within budget.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Language: English.
The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our guests.
