We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at WUN Restaurant Limited Partnership. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and counter attendants.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
