Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Quality Inn & Suites High Level. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Service Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and check assembly of trays, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
