Key Responsibilities:- Determine menu offerings and implement operational procedures to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality food and supplies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients for catering and facility use.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Plan, organize, and direct daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
- Offer awareness training to employees to promote a welcoming atmosphere for youth and mature workers.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Permanent work term.
- English language proficiency.
