About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Mokran Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our quality and service standards.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their experience at Mokran Restaurant is positive and memorable.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare budgets and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
