Franchise Real Estate Development Lead

We're on a mission to revolutionize the quick service industry, and we need your expertise to help us achieve our goals.

As a Franchise Real Estate Development Lead, you'll be responsible for driving franchise development through new store growth across Canada. You'll partner with franchisees to develop market plans, source sites, and guide the construction process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a pipeline of new restaurants
  • Forecasting new restaurant openings and assessing risks
  • Collaborating with the North American Development team to overcome development barriers
  • Providing field support to the North American Franchise team

We're looking for someone with at least 4+ years of development-related experience, preferably in franchising or the restaurant industry. You'll need to be proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, and have a strong understanding of financial statements and legal documents.
