Lifemark Health Group is seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager to join our team at Pembroke Physiotherapy. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area and ensure a high level of customer service
  • Accurately enter patient data and maintain accurate records
  • Process payments and manage accounts receivable
  • Coordinate with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-5 years of experience in a clinical or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
