Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong client-service orientation who thrives in a dynamic and busy workplace.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Administrative Assistant, your duties will include:
- Managing general office tasks, including the organization of files and maintenance of office and marketing supplies
- Verifying employee time records
- Balancing cash registers and preparing bank deposits
- Conducting inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Handling reception responsibilities, such as answering phone calls and processing product orders
- Providing assistance to the corporate office staff on-site
- Assisting in the preparation of employee agreements and contracts
- Performing regular reporting tasks on a weekly and monthly basis as required
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Strong mathematical and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various situations and requirements
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as Office or Business Administration is advantageous

Travel Requirement: The successful candidate must have access to a reliable vehicle, as daily travel between locations and to the bank is necessary.

Compensation: Starting at $16.50 per hour
