Client Success Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying and resolving customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients

Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner

Identify and resolve customer issues

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction

Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement

Assist with the development of customer service policies and procedures

Develop and deliver customer service training

Monitor customer service metrics

Assist with the development of marketing campaigns

Develop and manage customer loyalty programs

Assist with the development of customer service reports

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

At least 3 years of customer service experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of customer service software

Knowledge of customer service best practices
