Adecco Canada is currently seeking a seasoned IT Vendor Relationship Manager to oversee the strategic partnership between our clients and their technology suppliers. This key role ensures optimal performance, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure they meet contract commitments and work collaboratively with IT teams to plan technology needs and coordinate vendor demos for new options.
  • Partner with IT, CPMO, and SCM to develop sourcing strategies for services and project capabilities, and support IT budget planning and purchasing decisions.
  • Negotiate with Supply Chain, provide input on hardware and service sourcing, and validate rate cards for contracts.
  • Evaluate vendor performance, analyze cost and quality, and track performance using SLAs, scorecards, and dashboards.
