Job Summary

MM Nova Tech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting our cutting-edge products, engaging with potential clients, and driving sales growth within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Presentation
    • Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products.
  • Client Engagement
    • Manage inbound inquiries and leads, promptly responding to client queries and providing relevant information to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
    • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through targeted outreach efforts to generate new business opportunities.
  • Relationship Building
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and proactively suggesting solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Performance Tracking
    • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and generate accurate sales reports.
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience
    • Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in technology sales being an advantage.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Additional Requirements
    • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
