Sales Growth Manager

Job Summary:
Challenger Motor Freight Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including networking events and industry conferences.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention.
- Business Development: Research and identify new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the transportation industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the transportation industry, including LTL sales and logistics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
