About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our Underwriting Solutions team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery of our solutions and services.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and other external partners to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions and services.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Stay up-to-date with market trends and provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A post-secondary education and 3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a strong focus on client service.
