Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Understand client needs and develop strategies to meet their goals
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on account status and address any concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business development opportunities
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients
- Prepare reports on account performance, including sales forecasts and revenue projections

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ Years of Working Experience in account management or sales role
- Strong Leadership Skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin (Required)
- Ability to Analyze Data and Make Strategic Recommendations based on market trends
- Demonstrated ability to Negotiate Contracts and close sales deals
- Self-Motivated with a results-driven mindset

Work Environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
