We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at TDOT Immigration.

Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out various administrative activities, including data assembly, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Co-ordinate office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree or diploma from a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate/diploma program.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
