Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative procedures, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional support to our staff. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real impact on our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company goals
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities
  • Co-ordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
